河北大学欧洲研究所
河北大学欧洲研究所成立于2004年5月。研究所设所长1人，助理1人。研究人员23人，其中教授12人，副教授9人；具有博士学位的16人，其中海外毕业博士4人；具有海外经历的10人。
近年来，河北大学欧洲研究所主要从事欧洲区域经济一体化、欧盟劳动力市场、欧洲财政与社会保障等领域的研究，形成了比较稳定的研究方向，发表或出版了比较丰硕的研究成果。
研究所所长
成新轩，女，中共党员，欧盟让·莫内讲席教授、河北大学经济学院教授、院长，经济学博士，博士生导师，中国欧洲学会常务理事、中国世界经济学会常务理事、中国商业经济学会常务理事。主要研究领域：欧盟区域经济一体化、欧洲财政与社会保障制度。曾在英国剑桥大学、美国乔治·华盛顿大学作访问学者。主持国际项目1项、国家社科基金2项（重点1项）、省部级项目8项。在Review of European Studies、财政研究等重要期刊发表论文40余篇。近5年，在国际会议做主题报告3次，分会场主席1次。获教育部高校科研优秀成果3项、省部一等奖3项。获国家有突出贡献专家、国家百千万人才工程、教育部新世纪优秀人才、河北省省管优秀专家、河北省有突出贡献中青年专家、宝钢优秀教师等荣誉称号。获中央领导批示1项、省领导批示4项，入选国家十二五规划摘编1项，在国内外有较强社会影响力。

2017年4月参加“《罗马条约》60周年：欧洲一体化的困境与挑战”学术研讨会暨中国欧洲学会2017年学术年会
2018年6月成新轩教授到中国-中东欧研究院做为期一个月的访问学者，并应邀给匈牙利的学者做了“中国与欧亚联盟产业关系”的讲座，产生了重要反响。
2019年7月成新轩教授到上海复旦大学参加亚太平洋欧洲研究会议，并做了讲座。
